We combine applied design with scientific research as design researchers working on transformation projects. We actively incorporate complex systems and different perspectives and realities of life into our work. In doing so, we use different methods of participation and joint design of change processes.

Through observations, interviews and case studies, we gain practical insights that are tailored to the organization we accompany. We communicate our findings through clearly structured, easy-to-understand information graphics and documentation.

For transformation projects, we attach particular importance to:

  1. The perspective of the employees and the management
  2. The impact of change on organizational structure
  3. Involvement and activation of all stakeholders
  4. Long-term and sustainable monitoring of the process

Inclusion, accessibility and sustainability are at the heart of our transformation projects.

To achieve the goal of transformation, we integrate ecological and social sustainability into our design and research practice.

Projects

Whether in strategies for sustainable, social or digital transformation, we combine design and research in the implementation of transformation measures. We develop innovative formats such as audio walks for qualitative data collection and escape games for educational purposes. Our work in transformation projects is based on sound research in the areas of citizen participation, social sustainability, science communication and new work approaches.
