Introduction

Developing innovative healthcare products and services demands tailored research insights to guide our clients and us through critical decision-making in the development process. Our approach is holistic, integrating multiple perspectives to address each unique challenge:

1. Healthcare Professionals: We tap into the expertise of doctors and health workers to ensure practical applicability and clinical relevance.

2. Patient-Centric Focus: We prioritize the patient experience, ensuring their needs and preferences are at the forefront of design considerations.

3. Societal Impact: We evaluate how products and processes influence individual health outcomes and broader societal well-being.

4. Market Dynamics: We analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and economic factors to ensure commercial viability.

5. Future-Proofing: We employ foresight methodologies and sustainability principles to create solutions that stand the test of time.

Our mission is to craft UX solutions for health products and services that meet current needs and anticipate future challenges.

Core values guide our work:

• We champion a solidary, inclusive society

• We prioritize environmental protection

• We safeguard the rights of future generations

In our Health UX domain, we actively promote:

• Workplace equality

• Inclusive interface design

• Sustainable development of health technologies

By interweaving these values with cutting-edge UX design, we're not just creating products – we're shaping a more equitable, sustainable future for healthcare.

Selected Projects

We bring our expertise in designing user experiences for healthcare products and services, particularly in collaboration with technology companies, both in the concrete implementation of solutions and in research.

We focus on the user experience. This applies to product development in radiology as well as to playful approaches of AI-supported health applications. Our experience ranges from digital health services and state-of-the-art medical technology products to sustainable future studies in the healthcare sector.

    Upskilling instead of Deskilling

At a hackathon, we developed the concept of the AI-based app Skilly, which supports junior doctors in their day-to-day clinical work by providing personalized, guideline-based answers to case-related questions. In this way, Skilly promotes efficient learning directly at the workplace and helps to deepen knowledge in a practical way.
